Position Summary
CODS Clothing Co. is seeking a dynamic, smart, and result-oriented Showroom Incharge to oversee the overall operations of its Bethika Showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, retail management expertise, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure smooth showroom operations, achieve sales targets, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all day-to-day showroom activities efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales goals.
- Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Deliver excellent customer service and effectively address customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising standards and ensure showroom cleanliness and presentation.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide regular coaching, training, and development support.
- Handle cash transactions, cash reconciliation, and daily financial reporting.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
- Build a positive and productive work environment within the showroom team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university (Business Administration or Marketing background preferred).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Showroom Management, or a similar role.
- Age between 20 to 30 years.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
- Hands-on experience in operating POS (Point of Sale) software.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
