Renaissance Decor Ltd. is bringing ETHNC, one of Pakistan’s leading fashion brands, to Bangladesh. As ETHNC’s official representative in Bangladesh, we are launching the brand’s flagship store at Centrepoint Mall, Uttara, Dhaka.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Shift Supervisor to support the successful launch and day-to-day operations of ETHNC Bangladesh. This role is responsible for leading the store team during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards, driving sales performance, and overseeing smooth store operations.

Position: Shift Supervisor

📍 Location: ETHNC (Bangladesh) Store, Centre Point Mall, Uttara, Dhaka

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

📅 Work Schedule: 5 days per week (roster-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and lead the team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and support sales performance.
• Oversee merchandising, replenishment, inventory, cashiering, and fitting room operations.
• Maintain brand standards, store presentation, and operational compliance.
• Monitor team performance, resolve customer issues, and prepare shift reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or retail operations.
• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor, Senior Sales Associate, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or similar retail supervisory role.
• Experience in stock management and inventory control will be an advantage.
• Experience working with POS systems and retail reporting tools.
