- Prepare Spare Parts, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) proposals, including spare parts price lists, through SAP and other relevant tools.
- Conduct service marketing for government and private-sector customers and maintain liaison with relevant customer.
- Prepare service contract-related correspondence and maintain contracts and documents for proper record-keeping.
- Monitor equipment under warranty, extended warranty, and service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and follow-up.
- Maintain and update the Installed Equipment Database through SAP and other reporting tools.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education:
- Skills: equipment maintenance, maintenance planning, maintenance and repair, knowledge of maintenance procedures, plant maintenance, mechanical maintenance, maintenance management, maintenance engineering
