- Install, inspect, and test generators and related equipment.
- Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs on generators.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of generators.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with generators.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform on-site repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Quickly identifying reasons for lift breakdowns
- Understanding error codes and applying proper fixes
- Solving issues like door malfunction, shaking, noise, or leveling problems
- Explaining technical issues to clients in simple terms
- Preparing clear and accurate service reports
- Professional behavior and timely service delivery
- Following Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) safety procedures
- Using PPE (helmet, gloves, belt, safety jacket, shoes)
- Working safely in machine rooms and lift shafts
- Performing emergency rescue operations
- Identifying and testing sensors, limit switches, relays, and safety circuits
- Operation and maintenance of control panels (ARD, VVVF Drive, Controller Boards)
- Adjustment and repair of mechanical parts
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: diploma in electrical engineering
- Skills: generators, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, maintenance engineering, power generation, technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment maintenance, knowledge of maintenance procedures, technical knowledge of equipment
