Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based in Dhaka. The Service Advisor will greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and document service requests accurately. Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, preparing service estimates, explaining recommended work, and obtaining customer approval. The role involves monitoring job progress, updating customers on status, and ensuring vehicles are delivered on time with completed work explained clearly. The Service Advisor will handle aftersales follow-up, address customer feedback, and support service campaigns to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer-focused service skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear explanations, active listening, and professional interaction.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Aftersales and Customer-focused Service to manage follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.
• Relevant experience in an automotive service center or dealership environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using service management software or basic computer applications is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; vocational or technical training in automotive or related fields is an added benefit.
