Job Description
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve global search rankings for service-based websites
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines
- Implement AEO, AIO, and GEO techniques to ensure visibility in featured snippets, AI overviews, and generative search results
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix issues like site speed, crawlability, and structured data
- Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through ethical link-building strategies
- Use AI tools and write effective prompts to speed up content creation, research, and SEO tasks
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics and rankings on a weekly and monthly basis
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that targets global audiences
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry best practices
- Identify new growth opportunities and confidently propose and test new SEO experiments
Requirements
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, specifically for service-based websites targeting global audiences
- Proven track record of ranking websites on the first page of Google and other major search engines internationally
- Strong knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI Optimization (AIO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar, with excellent prompt writing skills
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Ability to perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read data and turn it into clear action plans
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to take on challenges and be accountable for results
