We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and technically strong SEO Expert to join our Digital Marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, Content SEO, Link Building, Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, SEO Auditing, Competitor Analysis, Local SEO, and Organic Growth Strategy.
This position is suitable for someone who has already worked on real websites and real client projects and can independently analyze SEO problems, develop strategies, execute campaigns, monitor results, and improve organic search performance.
Candidates with proven experience working with international clients, competitive industries, multiple websites, and high-value SEO campaigns will be highly considered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for local and international websites
2. Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis
3. Conduct complete On-Page SEO optimization
4. Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content structure, images, schema, and internal linking
5. Conduct Technical SEO audits and identify website-level issues
6. Analyze crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and other technical SEO factors
7. Monitor Google Search Console and identify indexing, ranking, coverage, and performance issues
8. Analyze organic traffic and keyword performance using Google Analytics/GA4 and other SEO tools
9. Develop and execute Off-Page SEO and link-building strategies
10. Analyze backlink profiles and identify toxic/low-quality links and link opportunities
11. Develop content strategies based on search intent and keyword opportunities
12. Work closely with content writers to improve SEO content quality
13. Optimize existing content for improved rankings and organic traffic
14. Perform competitor backlink and content gap analysis
15. Track keyword rankings and prepare regular SEO performance reports
16. Identify ranking drops and develop recovery strategies
17. Conduct SEO audits for new and existing websites
18. Perform Local SEO optimization where applicable
19. Research Google algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly
20. Maintain SEO documentation, reports, campaign records, and performance tracking
21. Work directly with internal teams and clients when required
22. Take ownership of assigned SEO campaigns and deliver measurable improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
