Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on SEO and organic growth for GenAILabs’ digital products and online presence. The SEO & Organic Growth specialist will plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical reviews, and link-building initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing SEO audits, monitoring performance through web analytics tools, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing content and site structure for search visibility. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and content teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals, track key metrics, and continuously experiment to improve organic acquisition.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO, with the ability to identify opportunities and optimize pages for target terms.
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO audits and implementing technical and content-related recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with link building strategies, including outreach and partnership development.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to monitor performance and guide decisions.
- Understanding of modern SEO best practices for SaaS, B2B, or technology products.
- Ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable plans, and report results clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with AI, software development, or digital product ecosystems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
