Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute long-term SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build scalable SEO systems, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Create 6–12 months SEO roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house SEO team.
- Establish SEO best practices across all projects.
- Conduct weekly strategy reviews and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, AI search, and emerging SEO trends.
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits.
- Resolve crawling, indexing, rendering, duplicate content, canonicalization, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Improve website architecture and information architecture.
- Optimize crawl budget and index management.
- Develop scalable internal linking structures.
- Implement Schema Markup and structured data.
- Improve website performance and Page Experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
- Build comprehensive content strategies based on business objectives and search intent.
- Develop topical maps and content roadmaps.
- Build topic clusters and content hubs.
- Create pillar pages and supporting content strategies.
- Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Conduct content gap analysis.
- Plan publishing priorities and content refresh strategies.
- Improve topical authority across multiple websites.
- Optimize existing content to improve rankings and conversions.
