SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist - B2B Saas

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to create and implement the right SEO & Digital Marketing strategy to optimize our websites, drive qualified traffic, and convert traffic into trial signups and qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical SEO, on-page SEO, performance marketing, analytics, and AI-driven digital marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. This role combines strategy, execution, analysis, and growth responsibility, with direct reporting to the CEO and close collaboration with product, content, sales, and global team members.

Job Nature:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (5 days a week)

• Mirpur 12, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Run technical SEO audits across our product sites and fix crawlability, indexation, site structure, and other technical SEO issues.
• Own on-page optimization, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking, across all product sites.
• Monitor rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, and organic traffic through Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Investigate and address the causes of ranking or traffic drops as they occur.
• Build and maintain keyword strategies with the Content Lead and use SEO insights to guide content planning.
• Maintain sitemap structure, internal linking, and overall website structure.
• Develop SEO and digital marketing initiatives to increase organic visibility, traffic, trial signups, and qualified leads.
• Use AI tools and AI-driven SEO practices for research, analysis, optimization, and marketing execution.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic-to-trial and traffic-to-lead conversion.
• Work closely with the Sales Lead to support lead generation and the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product and Content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Proactively identify and resolve SEO, traffic, and conversion issues.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong SEO Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on technical and on-page SEO experience, with strong knowledge of crawlability, indexation, site structure, keyword research, and search performance.
• B2B SaaS Experience: Experience working with SaaS or B2B software products, with an understanding of driving organic traffic, trial signups, leads, and customer acquisition.
• Growth Mindset: Proactive and focused on increasing organic traffic, trial signups, qualified leads, and marketing performance.
• AI-Driven Approach: Strong understanding of AI-driven SEO and digital marketing and practical use of AI tools.
• Performance & Conversion Focus: Practical knowledge of PPC, performance marketing, conversion optimization, and marketing funnels.
• Data-First Approach: Comfortable using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, PostHog, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and spoken English for reporting and communication.
• Independent & Collaborative: Able to work independently, take ownership, flag issues proactively, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and digital marketing.
• Experience with SaaS or B2B software products is strongly preferred.
• Practical, day-to-day experience with Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Proven experience improving organic rankings, traffic, lead generation, trial signups, or other measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, internal linking, and sitemap structure.
• Solid understanding of AI-driven SEO, PPC, performance marketing, conversion optimization, and digital marketing funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to prepare clear reports and communicate effectively with international teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while taking ownership of business goals.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with a technical background will be considered a strong advantage.
• Exceptional candidates with a strong portfolio in SEO, growth, performance, or B2B SaaS marketing may be considered without a traditional marketing degree.
