Role Description The Senior Visualizer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for concept development and visual execution across advertising, PR, and media campaigns. In this role, the Senior Visualizer translates strategic and creative briefs into compelling visual narratives, including layouts, key visuals, storyboards, and presentation materials. Daily tasks include collaborating closely with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams, refining concepts through sketches and digital compositions, and ensuring brand consistency across all design outputs. The Senior Visualizer also oversees lighting and composition for visual assets, guides junior designers, and maintains high standards of craft and originality. This role requires active participation in brainstorming sessions, timely delivery of projects, and adaptability to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Strong visualization and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual stories.
• Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, including expertise with industry-standard design and layout software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of lighting and composition principles for both static and motion visuals, ensuring high-impact imagery.
• Solid drawing and sketching abilities to quickly explore and communicate creative directions.
• Proven experience in an advertising or creative agency environment, preferably in a senior visualizer, art director, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns, integrated visual concepts, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior creatives.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
