About the Role

Inovetix is hiring an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to design modern, scalable, and production-ready SaaS, web, mobile, AI, fintech, and enterprise software products.

This is not a graphic design or basic UI role.

The ideal candidate should understand the complete product design process, including research, user flows, wireframes, UX design, UI design, prototyping, design systems, developer handoff, implementation review, and design QA.

You will work closely with developers, product teams, marketing, and leadership to turn complex business requirements into simple, intuitive, and visually polished digital products.

The candidate will also help Inovetix professionally present completed projects through Behance, Dribbble, portfolio presentations, product case studies, and company case studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX/UI for SaaS platforms, web applications, mobile apps, AI products, dashboards, and enterprise systems
• Translate business and product requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
• Design SaaS dashboards, admin panels, analytics screens, tables, filters, settings, workflows, and data-heavy interfaces
• Create clear information architecture and navigation systems
• Simplify complex workflows into easy-to-understand experiences
• Design onboarding, signup, login, account setup, subscription, billing, checkout, and upgrade flows
• Design role-based experiences for admins, customers, operators, and other users
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Design mobile experiences for iOS and Android
• Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
• Create reusable components, variants, typography, spacing, grids, tokens, and interaction patterns
• Maintain UX and visual consistency across multiple products
• Prepare developer-ready designs with clear specifications
• Design loading, empty, success, error, disabled, hover, and other important states
• Collaborate directly with frontend and mobile developers
• Perform design QA and review implemented screens before release
• Identify responsive, usability, spacing, alignment, and interaction issues
• Conduct competitor and product research before major feature design
• Analyze user problems, workflows, goals, and pain points
• Support usability testing and product improvement
• Present design decisions clearly to stakeholders and technical teams
• Participate in product discovery, planning, brainstorming, and feature discussions
• Review existing Inovetix products and recommend UX/UI improvements

SaaS and Advanced Product Design

• Design multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Design workspace, organization, team, and account-management experiences
• Design role-based permissions and access-control interfaces
• Create subscription, pricing, billing, and upgrade experiences
• Design notifications, activity feeds, audit logs, and settings
• Create advanced search, filtering, sorting, pagination, and table experiences
• Design CRM, workflow-management, analytics, and reporting dashboards
• Design charts and data visualizations
• Design AI chat, AI agents, copilots, automation platforms, and workflow-builder experiences
• Design fintech or payment-related interfaces where required
• Think through edge cases, error states, and failure scenarios
• Create reusable UX patterns instead of designing every screen independently

Behance, Dribbble and Portfolio Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Inovetix's design portfolio presentation
• Prepare high-quality product presentations for Behance and Dribbble
• Create professional portfolio covers, mockups, thumbnails, and presentation layouts
• Turn completed software projects into strong product case studies
• Present the business problem, UX process, user flow, solution, key screens, and final product clearly
• Create before-and-after redesign presentations where relevant
• Prepare SaaS, mobile app, web app, AI, and enterprise-product case studies
• Maintain consistent Inovetix branding across portfolio platforms
• Keep Behance, Dribbble, and company portfolio materials updated with the strongest work
• Create portfolio content that can also support proposals, sales presentations, social media, and marketing

Company Case Study Design

• Design professional Inovetix company and client case studies
• Turn project information into visually strong business case studies
• Work with developers, project managers, and leadership to collect accurate project details
• Present the problem, challenge, solution, technology, features, UX decisions, and outcomes
• Design website case studies, presentation case studies, and PDF-style project showcases when required
• Create reusable case-study templates for consistent company branding
• Create device mockups, dashboard presentations, diagrams, and feature highlights
• Ensure case studies can support sales, marketing, Upwork, client meetings, and business development

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience
• Strong portfolio showing real SaaS, web app, mobile app, or enterprise-product work
• Advanced proficiency with Figma
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, interaction design, and information architecture
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Strong understanding of responsive web design
• Understanding of mobile UX for iOS and Android
• Ability to design complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
• Strong knowledge of typography, hierarchy, spacing, grids, and layout
• Strong visual storytelling and presentation-design skills
• Experience creating professional UX or product case studies
• Ability to create polished Behance and Dribbble presentations
• Strong developer-handoff and design-QA skills
• Ability to understand both business requirements and user needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong organization, accountability, and deadline-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
