Objective
We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Student & Visa Counselor to guide and assist students aspiring to study in the UK, Europe & Malaysia. You will play a vital role in promoting our partner universities, evaluating student profiles, and supporting them throughout the application and visa process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to students about study opportunities at partner universities and institutions in the UK, Europe, and Malaysia.
- Contact and follow up with students from the database to introduce our services and generate interest in studying abroad.
- Evaluate student profiles, including academic background, English proficiency, financial capacity, and study goals, to determine eligibility and recommend suitable programs.
- Counsel students on available courses, universities, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and study options.
- Facilitate the complete application process, including online application submission, documentation, offer letter processing, and communication with universities.
- Maintain and manage student application portfolios using CRM tools to ensure smooth processing and timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Visa & Compliance Team to ensure accurate, ethical, and regulation-compliant visa guidance.
- Monitor application progress and maintain regular communication with students regarding admission and visa updates.
- Achieve and exceed assigned application, enrollment, and conversion targets through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to student inquiries while maintaining high service standards.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: student recruitment, international student advising, international education, student counseling, education consulting, career guidance, student advising
