Key Responsibilities
- Lead Total Rewards strategy, salary structures, grading, incentives, bonuses, and benefits.
- Drive market benchmarking, pay equity, compensation analytics, and annual salary review.
- Develop reward policies and recommend competitive, sustainable compensation practices.
- Lead People Analytics, HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and HR KPI frameworks.
- Analyze headcount, turnover, employee cost, productivity, compensation, and workforce trends.
- Lead personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and cost optimization.
- Lead SAP-HCM/HRIS effectiveness, automation, digitalization, and process improvement.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, security, governance, and reporting standards.
- Oversee payroll inputs, compensation data, deductions, incentives, and employee changes.
- Lead benefits governance and continuously evaluate cost, competitiveness, and employee value.
- Partner with HR and Finance on manpower planning, restructuring, budgeting, and workforce costs.
- Experience: 8+ years
- Education: master of business administration in human resource management
