Senior Software Engineer (.NET & Angular/React)

Solyntra is a senior-led B2B software engineering firm in Dhaka, building custom software and AI-enabled systems for software companies and growing businesses worldwide. 

The role 

You'll work mainly on products for an Australian AI software company, acting as the Engineering Lead's right hand, owning major parts of the codebase, holding the team's delivery standard, and running the team when the lead is away. 

What you will do 

• Build and ship features across ASP.NET Core (C#) and Angular/React + TypeScript, deployed on AWS. 
• Design services and system architecture using microservices, Clean Architecture, DDD, and event-driven patterns, with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis. 
• Make system design decisions - service boundaries, data flow, scalability and trade-offs - and document them for the team. 
• Review PRs, uphold code quality and release discipline, and mentor developers. 
• Turn requirements into sequenced work, lead production debugging, and cover the Engineering Lead when needed. 
• Communicate technical trade-offs to Australian stakeholders and collaborate with AI engineers on LLM features. 

What you need 

• 5+ years professional experience, including production ownership of ASP.NET Core/C# systems. 
• Strong system design skills, able to design and reason about scalable, maintainable services, not just implement them. 
• Hands-on experience with microservices, Clean Architecture, DDD, and event-driven design. 
• Strong production experience with Angular or React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and a major cloud platform (AWS preferred). 
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ/Redis, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing as daily practice. 
• A track record of technical leadership; code review, mentoring, owning releases end-to-end. 
• Clear written/spoken English; available full-time on-site in Uttara, Dhaka, Sunday to Thursday. 

Good to have 

• AWS depth (ECS, EC2, S3), Docker/IaC, LLM API integration or Python services, B2B SaaS/CRM experience, direct client work in AU/UK/US.
