Ecom Sniper is a Canada-based technology company building e-commerce software and automation. We are now building an engineering office in Bangladesh and looking for an exceptional engineer to own two things: our production Chrome extension and the AI-agentic engineering system used to build, debug, test, and maintain it.
Our AI agents already investigate bugs, write code, test ideas, and prepare PRs. You will review and challenge that work, but you will also improve the system itself, including how agents are instructed, orchestrated, given context, tested, evaluated, and used across the engineering workflow.

Ecom Sniper is a Canada-based technology company building e-commerce software and automation. We are now building an engineering office in Bangladesh and looking for an exceptional engineer to own two things: our production Chrome extension and the AI-agentic engineering system used to build, debug, test, and maintain it.
Our AI agents already investigate bugs, write code, test ideas, and prepare PRs. You will review and challenge that work, but you will also improve the system itself, including how agents are instructed, orchestrated, given context, tested, evaluated, and used across the engineering workflow.
What You Will Do
- Own and deeply understand our production Chrome extension.
- Review AI-generated and developer PRs for root cause, regressions, edge cases, and production safety.
- Debug difficult issues involving changing third-party DOMs, asynchronous workflows, browser tabs, service workers, messaging, permissions, storage, automation, and state.
- Reproduce real customer bugs and live-test fixes before release.
- Improve how our AI agents investigate, debug, test, review, and prepare code.
- Understand and improve the existing agentic engineering environment, including agent orchestration, context, instructions, tools, automation, and evaluation.
- Design new agent workflows that make development, debugging, testing, and release decisions faster and more reliable.
- You are not joining simply to write code with AI.
- You will be expected to challenge AI-generated solutions, identify what the agents missed, improve how the agents work, and make the overall engineering system more capable and reliable over time.

- 100% office-based in Bangladesh. No remote or hybrid option
- Eight-hour focused workday
- 6 working days per week with 1 weekly day off
- Experience: 10+ years
