Senior SEO Specialist Needed

Pixxen is growing! We are a premium design agency based in Shyamoli, Dhaka, and we’re looking for a results-driven SEO Expert to help us dominate the search rankings and scale our organic presence. We are looking for a strategist who understands the intersection of technical performance, high-quality content, and authoritative link-building.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and traffic.
• Conduct advanced Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and website performance.
• Manage and optimize On-Page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, URL structure, and keyword targeting.
• Develop and execute Local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results and Google Maps.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research and identify high-value search opportunities based on business goals and search intent.
• Analyze competitors and SERPs to identify ranking opportunities and develop actionable SEO strategies.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, indexing, and overall SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Identify SEO issues and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve website performance.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in driving organic growth for competitive industries.
• Deep expertise in Technical SEO (crawling, indexing, schema markup).
• Mastery of tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Ability to stay ahead of Google’s ever-changing algorithms.
