Job Description
We’re looking for ambitious, confident and result-driven individuals to join our Sales & Business Development Team and help us connect more clients with better design solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client consultations and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and project quotations.
- Conduct negotiations and convert leads into successful projects.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and project status.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Interior, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-value clients and close deals.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong follow-up and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
