Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing, to promote and sell our IT/software products, including Hospital Management Systems, School Management Systems, and Education Management Systems.

This role is ideal for energetic professionals with a passion for sales, client engagement, and achieving targets in a fast-growing ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Clearly communicate software features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to provide customized solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in IT/software sales or ICT services.
• Experience in selling or promoting software solutions, such as Hospital Management Systems (HIMS) and School/EMS systems, will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of software products and management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients when required.
