- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase client engagement and revenue.
- Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients and explain NeoCell’s aesthetic, dermatology and regenerative medicine services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team regarding client appointments, treatment requirements and follow-up.
- Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram and other digital marketing activities.
- Conduct corporate visits, doctor visits and business development activities to generate new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, doctors, organizations and potential referral partners.
- Present treatment plans, service packages and promotional offers clearly and professionally.
- Maintain an updated lead/client database and submit daily or weekly sales activity reports.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer feedback.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, health camps, exhibitions and other marketing events.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
- Skills: dental marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, marketing skills, digital marketing strategy, digital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, sales management, lead generation, online lead generation, customer engagement
