Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for overseeing product and process quality across the manufacturing and supply chain. The position involves planning and executing quality inspections, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that all products meet defined specifications and compliance standards. The specialist will conduct audits at factories, review documentation and test reports, and collaborate with production, merchandising, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Daily tasks include maintaining QA reports, analyzing defects and trends, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and training factory and internal staff on quality requirements and best practices. The role also requires regular communication with international stakeholders to provide clear updates on quality performance, risks, and preventive measures.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for apparel or manufacturing environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management, including setting standards, creating procedures, and monitoring performance.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and be able to apply GMP principles in factory settings.
• Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing, including conducting factory audits and reporting on compliance and findings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile/Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in quality roles within garments, textiles, or related manufacturing sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on root-cause analysis.
• Effective communication and reporting skills in English and Bangla; ability to interact with local and international teams.
• Proficiency in using quality tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site at factories, manage multiple priorities, and uphold ethical and non-discriminatory practices.
