Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Manager, Aricia Bangladesh, will lead the quality assurance function for on-site operations in Dhaka in a full-time capacity. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems aligned with company and regulatory requirements. The manager will oversee inspection procedures, audits, and testing protocols, analyze quality data, and drive corrective and preventive actions. They will collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and management teams to ensure consistent product standards, minimize defects, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role also includes mentoring quality staff, preparing compliance documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance leadership, including oversight of quality systems, audits, and compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality management methodologies, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO, GMP, or relevant industry frameworks).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and process discipline.
• Effective communication and people management skills, including coaching and developing quality assurance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in quality (such as Six Sigma or similar) are an advantage.
• Experience working in Bangladesh or similar regional industrial settings is beneficial, along with familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
