Qualifications
* B.Sc. in Mechanical / EEE / Civil Engineering or Diploma in Engineering
Experience & Requirements
* Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
* Strong knowledge of Fire Detection & Protection Systems
* Familiarity with BNBC, NFPA, RSC & NIRAPAN requirements
* Experience in Fire Alarm Panel Testing & Commissioning (Hochiki, Cooper, Shield & Simplex)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD & Photoshop
* Experience with RSC & Nirapon Audits
* Ability to prepare BOQ & cost estimates for Fire Sprinkler, Standpipe, Fire Alarm, Fire Pump & Passive Fire Protection Systems
* Experience in site visits, project planning & management
* Ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients & consultants
* Willingness to travel nationwide
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets
