- Developing and implementing detailed schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource use.
- Directly supervising technical stages such as raw material sifting, precise weighing, high-speed blending and moisture-controlled packaging.
- Ensuring all batches meet strict food safety standards (Like GMP, HACCP, ISO, BSTI) to prevent cross-contamination or inconsistent flavoring.
- Managing a workforce of machine operators and technicians, training on specialized powder equipment and performance reviews.
- Working with engineering teams to organize routine maintenance for specialized machinery like ribbon blenders, spray dryers and pouch-filling machines.
- Experience: 4-7 years
- Education: master of science in chemistry
- Skills: food manufacturing, food processing, production engineering, food industry knowledge, packaging engineering, production management, production processes, packaging machinery, production scheduling
