- Prepare post-costing based on actual order/shipment data after completion of shipment.
- Collect and verify actual consumption, wastage, production, CM, trims, and other relevant costs from the concerned departments.
- Compare per-costing vs. post-costing and identify major cost/profit variances.
- Identify the reasons for any cost overrun, excess consumption, wastage, efficiency loss, or other variance.
- Coordinate with the respective department to obtain explanations and corrective actions for identified variances.
- Complete and submit the final post-costing within the defined timeline within 4 working days of shipment for management review.
- Maintain proper records and prepare a monthly summary of post-costing results, including profit/loss and major variance trends.
- Undertake any other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned by Management as required.
- Experience: 10 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: costing, garment costing, target costing, shipment coordination, costing analysis, costing and budgeting, standard costing, cost planning, job costing
