- Manage daily administrative and HR operations.
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure timely correction of attendance records.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Prepare HR-related letters and maintain personnel files.
- Monitor office administration, security, transport, housekeeping, and canteen services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labour Law.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower-related documentation.
- Support disciplinary procedures and employee grievance handling.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Good knowledge of RSC, amfori BSCI, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, SETEX, and OEKO-TEX standards and requirements.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management as required.
- Experience: 8-14 years
- Education: master of business administration in human resource management
