Role Description The Senior Officer role at Hajj Finance Company PLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within their assigned department, including processing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating with colleagues and clients, resolving queries, and supporting the implementation of business initiatives and process improvements. The Senior Officer will monitor performance metrics, assist with risk management and documentation, and contribute to achieving departmental targets. The position also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and upholding high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial services, banking operations, or Islamic finance, with the ability to apply this knowledge to day-to-day responsibilities.
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis, reporting, and documentation to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide clear information to clients.
• Proficiency in standard office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools) and comfort working with financial or ERP systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a financial institution or corporate environment, preferably at a supervisory or senior officer level.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning in a dynamic financial services environment.
