Role Description The Senior Motion Visualizer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality motion graphics and visual content that showcase Harrington’s bathware and kitchenware collections. Day-to-day tasks include developing motion concepts and storyboards, creating animations and product visualizations, and collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams to align visuals with brand objectives. The role involves preparing motion assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and in-store displays, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards. The Senior Motion Visualizer also reviews and refines work based on feedback, maintains organized project files, and supports continuous improvement of the brand’s visual language. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design and animation skills, including experience with 2D/3D motion graphics and product visualization.
• Proficiency with relevant design and animation tools (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
• Experience in visual storytelling, including concept development, storyboarding, and translating brand messages into engaging motion content.
• Solid understanding of digital content formats and requirements for social media, web, and display platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and familiarity with premium lifestyle or interior design brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead motion design role and a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
