Senior MERN Stack Developer

Digital Marketing Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled, experienced, and results-driven Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, from technical planning and architecture to development, deployment, optimization, and maintenance. This position also requires strong problem-solving abilities, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

## Key Responsibilities

* Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

* Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

* Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable application components and modules.

* Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services where required.

* Support application deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

* Participate in project planning, task estimation, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

* Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards across the development team.

* Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

* Build and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

* Implement secure authentication and authorization systems using modern security practices.

* Develop responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.

* Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

* Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

* Analyze, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems.

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js**.

* Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, queries, and aggregation pipelines.

## Required Technical Skills

* Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

* Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.

* Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.

* Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.

* Strong understanding of application security and secure coding practices.

* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern JavaScript development practices.

* Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.

* Solid knowledge of MongoDB, including database design, indexing, query optimization, and aggregation.

* Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving across full-stack applications.

* Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and role-based access control.

* Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks, component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience with Next.js.

* Experience with TypeScript

* Knowledge of microservices architecture.

* Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

* Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time application development.

* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

* Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

## Educational Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.

* Experience working on production-level, scalable web applications will be highly preferred.
