Job Description
- Handle buyers independently from inquiry to shipment.
- Manage product development, costing, order confirmation, and bulk production follow-up.
- Coordinate with buyers, factories, production, quality, sourcing, and commercial teams.
- Follow up on raw materials, trims, fabric sourcing, and production planning.
- Ensure on-time execution of orders and shipment schedules.
- Monitor order status, critical path, and delivery commitments.
- Prepare merchandising reports and buyer correspondence.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with buyers while ensuring company profitability.
- Resolve production and shipment-related issues proactively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and support new business development activities.
