The work is strong. You're the person who turns it into a conversation with the right buyer — and then into a client.

What the role is really about

• Get the audience talking. Turn strangers into prospects and prospects into conversations.
• Help turn conversations into clients. Stay with the lead through the funnel and support a smooth onboarding.

You won't do this alone

You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our GTM strategist and executive team — one aligned front. The strategist sets the play, you generate the demand, the executives close and deliver. Your job is to keep it all pointing the same way.

What you'll actually do

• Own how we show up — what we say, to which industries, and why it's credible.
• Run campaigns across content, paid, social, and email. Measure what lands, kill what doesn't.
• Feed the funnel — hand sales qualified, warm leads and follow them to a signed deal.
• Do the research — who's ready to buy, what competitors claim, where the gap is.
• Write things people finish — landing pages, case studies, outreach, the line that gets a reply.
• Report like an operator — pipeline, cost per lead, conversion. Not impressions.

You're probably our person if

• You have several years of marketing behind you and a campaign you can explain with numbers.
• You've generated real B2B demand — leads that became revenue.
• You've run paid digital and live comfortably in an analytics dashboard.
• You've used a CRM or automation platform hard enough to have opinions about it.
• You keep a strategist, an executive, and a salesperson aligned without a meeting for every call.
• You write clearly and present without notes.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is nice. Proof of work is better.

You're probably not, if

• You want a big budget and a ready-made playbook. You're writing it.
• You report impressions and call it a result.
• You'd rather work solo than plug into a team.
