Specific Job Responsibilities
- Identify and assess the future and current training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, consultation with supervisors, talking with employees, or administering surveys.
- Assess employees' skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop yearly training plans and materials for all departments;
- Effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments;
- Maintain understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods;
- Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan that address specific program needs;
- Reviews existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance;
- Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary;
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities;
- Effectively communicate with employees, trainers and management.
- Create and facilitate training based on the organization's strategy and goals.
- Effectively manage the training budget;
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training;
- Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more.
- Presents in-person and online training sessions or hires qualified personal to do so;
- Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment;
- Organize meetings with management before preparing course materials to ensure a detailed understanding of training subjects and process.
- Experience: At least 6 years
- Education: masters in any discipline
