We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Systems to optimize, and secure our enterprise-level core infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will champion the high performance, and security of a complex multi-platform ecosystem. Beyond technical oversight, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for infrastructure budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), capacity planning, IT procurement, and AMC lifecycles. You will act as the primary interface for all internal and external IT audits while leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing systems engineering team to support our mission-critical Core Banking (CBS) and financial applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hands-on experience managing and optimising RISC and CISC environments.
• Administer enterprise virtualisation fabrics, oversee next-gen infrastructure.
• Manage and scale enterprise storage arrays.
• Command deep technical knowledge of backup solutions to meet RPO/RTO targets strictly.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in configuring Load Balancers/WAF (LTM, ASM, DNS, DDoS), WAAP.
• Anchor core infrastructure support for mission-critical Core Banking Systems (CBS), Card Systems, and enterprise applications.
• Configure and manage Transaction and General-Purpose Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
• Drive vulnerability remediation (VA) strategies across all enterprise operating systems.
• Formulate and manage the annual Infrastructure Budget (CAPEX/OPEX) in alignment with the corporate business roadmap.
• Conduct precise capacity planning, product analysis, and hardware sizing to accommodate business growth.
• Direct IT procurement workflows and lifecycle management for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Act as the primary interface for all Internal and External IT Audits to maintain top compliance ratings.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the systems engineering team while fostering continuous technical knowledge sharing.
• Supervise OEMs and local partners to guarantee operational excellence and strict SLA compliance.
• Negotiate effectively across cross-functional IT teams regarding resource allocations, timelines, and infrastructure costs.
• Guarantee 24/7 uptime and high availability for all critical systems, ADC channels, and data centres.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline from a reputed university, with a satisfactory academic record.
• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure systems with at least 3+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech sector.
• A proactive attitude, critical thinking, sound judgement and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• A dedicated and motivated individual who always puts customers first and strives to meet deadlines with reliability.
