The Senior Manager - SCM Digital, Automation and Al will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the Corporate SCM Digital Transformation roadmap, acting as business owner and process expert who bridges SCM business teams and MIS/technology teams to deliver digital, automation, and Al initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Drive execution of the Corporate SCM Digital Transformation roadmap, including procurement automation, vendor portal, master data governance, planning automation, inventory optimization, and Al-driven SCM solutions.
• Conduct AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping and identify automation opportunities across procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.
• Provide SCM functional expertise for ERP/MM initiatives, defining business requirements and validating solutions from a business perspective.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, coordinating closely with MIS and implementation partners.
• Support identification and rollout of Al use cases such as demand forecasting, supplier risk monitoring, and spend analytics.
• Lead project governance - planning, risk tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive user adoption through training, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs and track benefit realization, including cost savings, cycle time reduction, and productivity gains.

Requirements

• Experience: 8 to 12 years
• Education: master of business administration in supply chain management
