SENIOR MANAGER, ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic technical leadership and help shape the organization’s enterprise-wide technology architecture. This role will be responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, developing and governing architecture frameworks, and defining the target architecture for the Group’s Digital Platform. You’ll work across business, application, data, and technology domains, establishing architecture standards and design principles that promote scalability, reusability, cost efficiency, reliability, and strong Cyber/IT security. This is a strong fit for an architecture leader with extensive technical leadership experience and a solid background in the payment or FinTech industry.

Work Location: Dhaka-based office (supporting overseas team)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and govern the Enterprise Architecture framework across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Define the target architecture and standards for the Group’s Digital Platform, focusing on scalability, reuse, cost efficiency, and security.
• Review strategic project designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead architectural governance, technical reviews, assessments, and compliance checks.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and guidelines to minimize technology risk and cost.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Work closely with IT Security and technology teams to ensure secure and reliable architecture.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of technical leadership experience, with 5+ years in architecture leadership.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Payment / FinTech industry.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, technology strategy, and architectural governance.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and API management.
• Strong understanding of system integration, security, scalability, and enterprise-level digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
• TOGAF Certification is an added advantage.
