Senior Manager of Corporate Solutions, Mobile app & Integration, is responsible for the end-to-end strategic leadership, development, and optimization of the organization’s digital ecosystem. This role drives the delivery of flagship corporate platforms like CORPnet and UCP, ensures seamless ecosystem connectivity through API Integration, and spearheads the growth of the mobile portfolio, including MCPV, SME Infosight, and Obichol. The primary objective is to align technical innovation with business goals to provide secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions for corporate and SME segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Product Delivery & Roadmap Management

• Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle for core corporate platforms (CORPnet, UCP) and mobile applications (MCPV, SME Infosight, Obichol). Ensure all product roadmaps are aligned with business requirements, delivering scalable and user-centric features on schedule.

Enterprise Integration & API Governance

• Oversee the design and implementation of robust API Integration frameworks to ensure seamless data flow between internal corporate solutions and external third-party systems. Establish high standards for API security, documentation, and performance to support a connected ecosystem.

Operational Excellence & Support Management

• Lead the maintenance and production support functions to ensure high availability and 99.9% uptime for all corporate and mobile services. Manage escalation protocols and implement preventive maintenance strategies to resolve technical issues swiftly and minimize business impact.

Quality Assurance & Technical Governance

• Establish and enforce rigorous QA protocols, coding standards and documentation practices across all development teams. Ensure that every release undergoes thorough technical and procedural audits to maintain system integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from reputed university with satisfactory academic record. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in a reputed bank / financial institutes with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Knowledge of Banking Fundamentals, Products & Processes, Technology Applications & Integrations.
• Expertise in Market Intelligence & Know-how.
• Expertise in Knowledge of Access Management & System Controls.
• Digital Readiness – Expertise in working on MS Office & Android / Apple Platforms.
• Expert in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
