Senior IT Lecturer

Brit Academy London is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior IT Lecturer to join our academic team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching on our International Foundation Programme and help prepare students for progression to leading UK and international universities.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging lectures in Information Technology and Computing.

* Teach modules including Programming, Web Development, Networking, Cyber Security, Databases, Microsoft Office, and Digital Skills.

* Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.

* Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and feedback.

* Maintain accurate academic records and ensure high teaching standards.

* Support curriculum development and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

* Participate in academic meetings and student support activities.

Essential Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

* Minimum 5 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.

* Strong knowledge of modern IT technologies and educational practices.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

* Experience teaching foundation, college, or higher education programmes is desirable.

* Right to work in the United Kingdom.
