MedEasy is a fast-growing healthcare technology company in Bangladesh, making medicines and healthcare services more accessible and convenient. We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage core HR operations and help build a strong, people-focused workplace.

• 👥 Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• 📁 Maintain employee records, personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation.
• ⏰ Manage attendance, leave, and HR-related data and support monthly payroll preparation.
• 🤝 Handle employee queries, workplace concerns, and day-to-day HR coordination.
• 🎉 Organize employee engagement activities, events, training, and team-building initiatives.
• 📈 Support performance appraisal, employee development, and training programs.
• 📚 Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• ⚖️ Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable Bangladesh Labour Law.
• 🔐 Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
• 📊 Prepare regular HR reports and provide relevant insights to management.

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 💼 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a startup, technology, e-commerce, or healthcare company.
• 🗣️ Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• 📊 Good organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• 🔒 Professional approach to confidential and sensitive information.
• 🚀 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization.

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, attendance, or recruitment tools.
• Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple departments.
