As an HR Executive at BRONNE LTD., you'll play a key role in managing our people, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, attendance, performance management, and maintaining HR policies and records.

What You'll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, selection, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Maintain positive relationships with employees, address workplace concerns, resolve issues professionally, and support a healthy work environment.
• HR Operations: Manage attendance, leave, overtime, employee records, joining formalities, resignation, and other day-to-day HR activities.
• Performance Management: Assist in setting performance expectations, monitoring employee performance, preparing evaluations, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Implement and maintain company HR policies, procedures, and workplace rules while ensuring employees understand and follow organizational guidelines.
• Payroll & Compensation Support: Coordinate with the accounts/management team regarding salary, bonuses, incentives, deductions, overtime, attendance
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
