DGTAL GROW is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our growing team on a full-time onsite basis.

We’re looking for someone who can do more than just create visually attractive designs.

You should understand branding, advertising, social media, digital marketing, and visual communication and know how to turn a brief or idea into a strong creative.

You’ll be responsible for creating designs for both our internal needs and client projects across different industries and platforms.

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital advertising, websites, campaigns, and marketing materials
• Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand requirements
• Design Facebook/Instagram ad creatives, Google Ads creatives, banners, promotional graphics, thumbnails, presentations, and other marketing assets
• Maintain consistency across different brand identities and projects
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Creative teams
• Understand creative briefs and turn them into effective visual concepts
• Create multiple design variations for creative testing and advertising campaigns
• Work with existing brand guidelines while also contributing new creative ideas
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
• Take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently
• Stay updated with current design trends, advertising creatives, typography, layouts, and visual communication
• Ensure final designs are properly prepared for different platforms and formats

We expect strong practical experience with:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign is a plus
• Figma is a plus
• Social media creative design
• Digital advertising creative design
• Branding & visual identity
• Typography and layout
• Photo manipulation and retouching
• Marketing-focused design
• Creative concept development
• Understanding of different digital formats and dimensions

Experience with AI-powered creative/design tools will be considered an advantage.

• ৳60,000/- fixed monthly salary
