Second Source is looking for a Senior-Level Full Stack Web Developer to join our team in Bogura.

We're not looking for someone who only knows one framework. We value strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving ability, clean code, curiosity, and the willingness to learn.

💻 Position

Senior-Level Full Stack Developer

📍 Location: Uposhohor, Bogura

💼 Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

💰 Salary: Negotiable

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Weekend: Sunday

🔧 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications

• Build and improve both frontend and backend systems

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, and developers

• Optimize performance and troubleshoot technical issues

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Continuously explore and adopt modern development practices

🎯 What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional full stack web development experience

• Strong experience with at least one modern backend technology such as Node.js, Laravel, Django, ASP.NET, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, or similar

• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue.js, Angular, Next.js, or similar

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

• Working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements

⭐ Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• JWT, OAuth, Sessions, and authentication/authorization

• Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines

• Testing frameworks and debugging tools

• Software architecture and design patterns
