About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of our enterprise SaaS platforms. You will work across the stack — from designing database schemas to building responsive React frontends — and mentor junior engineers along the way.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain features across the entire stack (NestJS, React, PostgreSQL)
• Architect microservices and event-driven systems using NATS and BullMQ
• Write clean, testable code with full CI/CD pipeline integration
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture
• Collaborate with product and design to ship features end-to-end

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS (or similar Node.js framework)
• Experience with React, Redux Toolkit, and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Tailwind)
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs (Drizzle, Prisma, or TypeORM)
• Familiarity with message brokers (NATS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka)
• Solid understanding of REST API design and microservice architecture
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Familiarity with event sourcing or CQRS patterns

What We Offer

• Competitive salary with annual performance reviews
• Flexible hybrid work schedule
• Health insurance for you and your family
• Learning budget — courses, conferences, and certifications
• Latest MacBook Pro or Linux workstation
• Paid time off and public holidays

Monthly Salary

৳50,000 – ৳80,000 / month

• Deadline: Opening soon
