Position: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager 

Department: Accounts & Finance Department

Salary Range: 30,000 – 50,000 BDT

Experience Required: 1–4 years

Education: CA (CC) / Partly Qualified CA from a reputed CA firm. 

✨ Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial recording. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh accounting standards, Tax, VAT, and applicable regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required. Supervise the Accounts & Finance team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities. Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and financial decision-making.

🎯 Candidate Profile

CA (CC) / Partly Qualified CA from a reputed CA firm.Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and VAT.Good understanding of audit, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.Strong Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant accounting software/ERP systems.

Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
