Job Purpose and Organizational Context

As the Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition for US-Bangla Airlines, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for one of the region's fastest-growing airlines. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent across diverse aviation functions—ranging from specialized technical roles like pilots, cabin crew, and aeronautical engineers to corporate and ground operations staff. This role requires a high-energy recruiter who can navigate the unique regulatory and operational demands of the aviation sector while building a strong employer brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned departments, including job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Aviation-Specific Sourcing: Headhunt and build talent pipelines for highly specialized and licensed roles, ensuring candidates meet both company standards and Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads in Flight Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Corporate to understand their distinct workforce needs and forecast hiring demands.
• Mass Hiring Campaigns: Organize and execute high-volume recruitment drives and assessment centers, particularly for cabin crew and ground handling personnel.
• Employer Branding: Represent US-Bangla Airlines at career fairs, aviation institutes, and university campuses to position the airline as an employer of choice.
• Process Optimization: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and suggest improvements to streamline the hiring workflow and enhance the candidate experience.
• Onboarding Alignment: Ensure a seamless transition from the offer stage to the training and onboarding phase, collaborating closely with the HR Operations team.
• Weekly reports: Update and manage weekly reports related to Talent Acquisition.

Recruitment Requirement

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Aviation Management or an Engineering discipline from a reputed university.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in working in talent acquisition.
