- Handle internal and external sales activities for printing and packaging products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments for timely execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, quotations, delivery schedules, and payment matters.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, order statements, and customer records.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Collect market feedback and identify opportunities for new products and customers.
- Ensure proper maintenance of customer and sales records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: master of business administration in marketing
