Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing

Job Context

Faith Holdings Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-driven Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with experience in sales and marketing. Candidates with real estate experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary: BDT 30,000 – 45,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
