- Generate and manage leads for apartment sales.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct meetings and property presentations with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and guide clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
- Target: Minimum 1/2 apartment sale per month.
- Experience: 2-5 years
