Senior Executive, Sales & Business Development

Job Summary

Retail Solution is looking for a Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting POS billing hardware and retail automation solutions, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires regular client visits, solution presentations, coordination with technical and operations teams, and building long-term customer relationships to ensure successful project execution and sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors.
• Promote POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, label printers, cash drawers, RFID, EAS, and other retail automation solutions.
• Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until order confirmation.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams for installation and after-sales support.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, customer database, and activity reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, IT hardware, POS solutions, retail technology, or a related industry will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of POS hardware and retail technology.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
