Role Description The Senior Executive Sales and Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for driving apartment sales, managing client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Senior Executive will coordinate with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns, digital promotions, and events, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role also involves providing timely customer support, preparing sales and performance reports, and collaborating with management to meet revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in real estate, property management, or a related industry
• Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
• Ability to plan and execute marketing activities, such as campaigns, events, and basic digital promotions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Capacity to work on-site in Dhaka, engage in field visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfort with using common office software and basic CRM or sales tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and adapt to changing market conditions
• Professional, ethical conduct and a customer-focused mindset
