Job Description
মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:
মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:
১. বিক্রয় ও মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রম:
সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের/টার্গেটেড গ্রাহকদের খুঁজে বের করা ও যোগাযোগ তৈরি করা।
দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক বিক্রয় টার্গেট অর্জন করা।
Land ও Resort সম্পর্কিত পণ্য/প্যাকেজ ক্লায়েন্টদেরকে উপস্থাপন করা।
গ্রাহকের চাহিদা বুঝে ও কোম্পানি প্রদানকৃত টার্গেট অনুযায়ী সঠিক অফার দেয়া এবং বিক্রয় নিশ্চিত করা।
২. গ্রাহক ব্যবস্থাপনা (Client Handling):
ফোন, ইমেইল ও সরাসরি সাক্ষাতে গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
ক্লায়েন্টদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেয়া ও তাদের জিজ্ঞাসা/সমস্যা সমাধান করা।
গ্রাহকের সাথে পেশাদার সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা, নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা এবং বিক্রয় নিশ্চিত করা।
৩. সাইট ভিজিট ব্যবস্থাপনা:
ক্লায়েন্টদের Land/Resort সাইট ভিজিট করানো (যদি প্রয়োজন হয়)।
সাইটে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য পরিষ্কারভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা।
৪. ডকুমেন্টেশন ও রিপোর্টিং:
দৈনিক বিক্রয় রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও ম্যানেজমেন্টকে জমা দেওয়া।
কাস্টমার ডেটাবেইজ আপডেট করা।
CRM বা অভ্যন্তরীণ সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা (যদি কোম্পানিতে থাকে)।
৫. ব্র্যান্ড রিপ্রেজেন্টেশন:
ইভেন্ট, ফেয়ার, প্রমোশনাল কার্যক্রমে কোম্পানির প্রতিনিধিত্ব করা।
ব্র্যান্ড ভ্যালু বজায় রেখে পেশাদার আচরণ প্রদর্শন করা।

Requirements
যোগ্যতা (Qualifications):
ন্যূনতম ডিপ্লোমা/গ্রাজুয়েট (সমমান হতে হবে )।
একই ফিল্ডে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে/ বিক্রয় ক্ষেত্রে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা (Communication Skills) ভালো হতে হবে।
আত্মবিশ্বাসী, লক্ষ্যভিত্তিক এবং চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
